Refund policy

At Noema Collection, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at info@noemacollection.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, contact us immediately at info@noemacollection.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Exceptions
We don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the piece you want.

EU customers
If you're based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, no justification needed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
