Where is my order confirmation email?
We send two emails after you place your order — a confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our fulfillment center. If you didn't receive yours, please check your spam folder first. Contact us at noemacollection@outlook.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll sort it out.
How long before my order ships?
We process and dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days depending on availability. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. If an item is low on stock it may take slightly longer. We're always doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Can I change my address?
If you made a mistake with your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at noemacollection@outlook.com. We can update it before your order ships. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
